However, if you’ve signed up and feel that your $ 3.99-a-month subscription isn’t delivering the value you hoped it would then you can easily cancel by following the steps below.

How To Cancel Snapchat Plus On Android

To cancel your Snapchat Plus subscription on an android phone follow these steps:

  1. Open Snapchat.
  2. Head to your profile.
  3. Tap the Snapchat+ button.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘manage your subscription’.
  5. Tap ‘Cancel subscription’.
  6. Select a reason for the cancellation and then click ‘Continue’.
  7. Confirm the cancellation by tapping ‘Cancel subscription’.

All done; Snapchat Plus will deactivate a month after the date of your last payment.

How To Cancel Snapchat Plus On iPhone

To cancel your Snapchat Plus subscription on an iOS device then follow these steps:

  1. Open Snapchat.
  2. Head to your profile.
  3. Tap the Snapchat+ button.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘manage your subscription’.
  5. Tap ‘Cancel subscription’.
  6. Tap ‘confirm’.

Snapchat Plus will then deactivate a month after the date of your last payment.

Can I Get A Refund On The Snapchat Plus Subscription Fees?

Snapchat Plus states on its website that they do not offer refunds for Snapchat+ accounts, even if you haven’t used them.

Requesting A Snapchat+ Refund On Android

If you bought Snapchat+ on an Android device then head to the Google Play Refund page and fill out the refund request questionnaire.

You may be eligible for a subscription fee refund if any of the following is true about your purchase:

  • I purchased Snapchat+ by accident
  • I no longer want this purchase
  • I purchased this but didn’t receive it
  • Purchase is defective or doesn’t work as advertised

If you bought Snapchat+ on an iOS device then head to reportaproblem.apple.com. Then Tap “I’d like to” and choose “Request a refund”.

Choose the reason why you want a refund, then tap Next.
Select Snapchat, then choose Submit.

After you have selected a reason give more details in the next step to add to your claim. Once you have submitted your claim you will have to wait a few days to see if it is successful, if it is your money will be refunded promptly.
